1. Dispatch Policy

While we make every effort to ensure that all items displayed are in stock, availability cannot be guaranteed and this website does not constitute an offer for sale.

Orders are normally dispatched within 7 days. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 14 days, we will contact you by email with an estimated dispatch date and offer you the option to cancel your order.

Pre-orders are made to order and may take up to 12 weeks. Estimated timelines will be provided on the relevant product page.

2. Delivery Costs

Prices shown do not include postage and packaging, which will be calculated at checkout.

All items are shipped using a guaranteed priority service. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery, although most orders arrive within 7 working days.

3. Cancellation and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of the contract or 7 days from receipt of the goods (whichever is longer).

To return goods, please email us in advance stating your intention to return and the reason.

Items must be returned for a full refund or replacement.
Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Refunds are issued at the discretion of Clearing Fields Ltd.

4. Colours

Product colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to differences in display settings and browser limitations.

5. Confidentiality

All confidential information, including credit card details, is securely stored and transmitted in encrypted form.

Customer details are not shared with third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

6. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
